This infill site originally contained a single family home, which was torn down and replaced with a pair of brick and stucco duplex buildings to better relate to the upscale neighborhood and The Farm Condominiums on the adjacent site. The biggest challenge for this project was the sloping site, for which we designed the homes to tuck into the hill. In addition to ample living space, the homes provide private elevators, allowing total convenience for the occupants.
