About Us: Leadership
David O'Sullivan received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and New Jersey. He is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA) and has over 28 years of experience in both residential and commercial design. He has served as chairman of the Reading Historical
Commission and Board of Director of the Victorian Society of Malden. In 2008, he was named chairman of the 50+ Housing Council and to the Board of Directors of the Builders Association of Greater Boston. As principal of O'Sullivan Architects for over a decade, David and his team have consistently won awards for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Recently, David became one of the first Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) in New England, a certificate earned through the National Association of Home Building.
Joseph Walsh graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and has received an NCARB Certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and most recently earned his LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) status from the U.S. Green Building Certification Institute. Joseph has over 27 years of professional experience with respected architecture firms in Florida, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. He has contributed his expertise to such projects as postal facilities, office/retail buildings, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities. As part of O'Sullivan Architects since its inception, Joseph has been involved with multi-family housing developments, automobile dealerships, transit-oriented and mixed-use projects, most notably the award-winning Shops at Pairpoint in Exeter, New Hampshire.
Jonathan Stone earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Hartford. After paying his dues in the print rooms of many other firms, he joined O'Sullivan Architects in 2002. With over a decade of experience, Jonathan brings an innovative design approach to a variety of projects, including residential homes, condominium developments, urban in-fills, mixed used, and interior fit-outs. In addition to his refined and thoughtful architectural skills, Jonathan also provides 3D computer modeling, hand-rendering, and graphic design capabilities.
Michael Frechette graduated cum laude from Temple University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Architecture. His studies there included an array of design projects such as independent study for the restoration of a 17th century Spanish Mission in New Mexico, along with design studios and urban planning courses abroad in Rome, Italy. Since joining O'Sullivan Architects in 2006, Michael brings thoughtful and careful design techniques to the numerous private residences, condominiums, and commercial buildings he has worked on and is currently pursuing professional registration.
Stefanie Good received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in August 2007 and participated in study abroad programs in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and Ireland. She first worked for O'Sullivan Architects during an internship in 2006. Since her return in September 2007, she has worked on many private residences, condominium projects, and commercial buildings and strives to maintain effective communication with clients as well as currently pursuing LEED Certification. In addition to her architectural skills, Stefanie possesses hand-rendering, graphic design, 3D computer modeling, and photography talent.
