Located just outside the commercial district in Brookline's Coolidge Corner, this triangular site was originally a parking lot bordering a residential area. A shallow arch at the main entrance was modeled after an adjacent townhouse, in an effort to blend new and existing together. There are 15 condominiums and 23 onsite parking spaces. All 28,000 square feet of this project was raised four feet above the ground to accommodate an underground parking garage.
