Joe graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and has received an NCARB Certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and most recently earned his LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) status from the U.S. Green Building Certification Institute.

Joe has over 30 years of professional experience with respected architecture firms in Florida, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. He has contributed his expertise in projects ranging from postal facilities, office/retail buildings, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities. As part of O’Sullivan Architects since its inception, he has been involved with multi-family housing developments, automobile dealerships, transit-oriented and mixed-use projects, and most notably 2 award-winning projects: The Shops at Pairpoint in Exeter, New Hampshire and a 21-unit residential building at 150 Chestnut Hill Avenue in Boston, Massachusetts. Currently Joe is overseeing several large residential projects at O’Sullivan Architects specializing in the age restricted market.

Joe lives on the seacoast of New Hampshire but enjoys traveling and taking hikes throughout the US and China.
