Bill graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst campus with dual BS degrees in Environmental Design and Geography. Later, he received a Professional Certificate from the National School of Finance & Management program held at Fairfield University in Connecticut.

His earlier career was in banking as Assistant Vice President at Winchester Savings Bank, then he worked for over twenty years serving as Vice President in charge of Finance and Administration at Strategic Designworks. In December 2013, Bill joined O’Sullivan Architects as Director of Business Development.

Bill is highly respected for his persuasive negotiation techniques with consultants and vendors safeguarding client project budgets. Simultaneously, during our website re-launch, he coordinated a new feature component – Client Login which enables clients, consultants, contractors and vendors direct access to project specific construction plans and documents. He has interviewed client executive teams, then published findings to establish baseline data and develop square footage growth projections for building renovations and new corporate office needs for several New England banks with project values ranging from $3.5MM to $17MM.

Bill is a Notary Public, and has been an active member of his local church’s Building Committee, and most recently assisted with the during $700,000 capital renovation project, and serving as Committee Chair since 2005. His personal interests include family, travel, swimming, photography, and landscaping.
