Construction of this 40-unit, garden-style condominium building in a neighborhood of recent, single-family homes and older multi-family homes, helped to eliminate flooding problems occurring on adjacent properties. The development is not only located near schools, but is convenient to downtown Wakefield and grocery stores. Neighbors and town and state officials gathered to celebrate the project's completion and the ten affordable units we provided for local residents and town employees.
