Built and expanded between the 1920's through the 1950's, our objective was to gut the interior and convert it to meet modern standards. The interior was reconfigured to provide new spaces for present uses, as well as spaces accessible for the handicapped. The building systems were also updated to include HVAC and proper power needs. The entire cost of the rehabilitation was less than new construction, but was also mandatory, as zoning restrictions would not allow us to rebuild on the site.
