Working closely with the local Preservation Commission, we transformed a tired 1920’s home back to its original grandeur. Formal spaces at the front of the house were retained, the foyer was opened up into a 2-story space which added drama and daylight to the main entry. The original sunroom and pergola covered porch flanking the entry were restored to their original character.
The new rear addition includes a large family room and gourmet kitchen. The open living spaces are bathed in daylight have direct access to the deck and backyard. A stair leads down to the new mudroom, half bath and 2-car garage. The second floor of the new addition includes a new luxurious Master Suite.
