Eight new vacation homes replace the existing cottages and provide modern amenities. Each cottage contains an open floorplan with flexible second floors that can be converted to either a loft or bedroom suites. The new cottages are clustered around the existing home and the waterfront provides docks and private beaches for vacationers.
