The Shops at Pairpoint is a mixed use development incorporating new construction and renovation of existing structures. In presenting the award for this project, the judges cited the project’s ability to fill in a gap in the fabric of the existing streetscape while incorporating a design harmonious with neighboring structures. There are retail, residential and office spaces as part of the development. The award was one of five Merit Awards presented to projects at Plan NH’s annual meeting and award ceremony. Plan NH is a statewide organization dedicated to preserving and improving the quality of life in New Hampshire’s communities through excellence in planning, design and development.
