Zoning laws on this busy street in Watertown, restricted the width of the design to 18 feet, which provided quite a challenge. Creativity was necessary in order to not only utilize and construct on such a narrow site, but the design also needed to comply with the standards of Ford dealerships. The result was a dramatic, two-story structure with tall windows allowing a plethora of natural light, as well as stunning interior lighting.
