Hendries at Central Station

Located in the Lower Mills section of Milton, MA, this building features 38 residential units and 2 commercial units. Built in 2021, Hendries at Central Station offers open floor plans with high ceilings and upscale finishes such as Bosh appliances, quartz countertops, and Pella windows.

375 Market Street

375 Market is a state-of-the art LEED certified residential complex that represents a new standard for luxury living in Greater Boston. Located in the heart of Brighton Center, this 39 unit building offers spacious 1-4 bedroom apartments. 375 Market also provides the neighborhood with three retail spaces to complement the dynamic shops, restaurants and local businesses of Brighton Center.

The Postmark

The redevelopment of the 100 year-old vacant Reading Post Office in Reading, MA,  represented a unique opportunity to preserve a landmark property. The original post office structure was reused for 3 new commercial condominiums.  The rear addition created underground parking and 50 residential units.  Carefully designed front additions and walkways help connect building to street without hiding the historic character.

170 West Broadway

The residences at 170 W. Broadway, located in South Boston, MA, consist of 33 luxury condominiums ranging in size from 675 sq ft to 1900 sq ft. All units come with a deeded garage parking space, and high end kitchens with quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.  A swanky restaurant occupies the first floor retail space.
