Macero Residence

This project in Andover, MA was a renovation with addition to an existing 1960’s era, single family, split level home for a client looking to create their forever home.  The existing home’s layout was a prototypical ‘split-level’ that had approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of living space.  This included bonus play room, and a 2 car garage at the lower level, and kitchen-living-dining on one half of the upper level, and 3 small bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the other half.  The project entailed the gut renovation to both levels of the existing house, as well as the construction of an addition that would more than double the square footage of the home to 4,300 sq. ft. of living space.
