The Brook

The Brook is a stylish and sophisticated 5-story boutique apartment building designed for today’s living and located in Cambridge, MA.  Well-manicured public parks surround the area including Fresh Pond and nearby dog park and the MBTA Red Line is only a short walk away.  The project program included USGBC LEED Silver certification, flood mitigation and resiliency, bike room, roof deck, and mechanized heated garage.
